Overall we really liked our stay at Sotavento Club Apartments. Good price and good value. Free parking and fully equipped kitchen were a big plus.

For three days stay. it was nice.
It has a beautiful view. And a lot of markets nearby. It’s a good location if u go by car. The hotel is beautiful and modern. The reception friendly and helpful.
THE BEDS- they were so so uncomfortable. Every time i set down , the bed would slide and it made a lot of noises. And the blankets were very cheap and thin. If u want to go there in April or May, u can’t swim in the pool cause of the cold. They are not heated. Have in mind u need to pay extra for everything else. DEPOSIT for every single thing.

Just the hill we had to walk up and down to get to the hotel .

Very Good
Staff were brilliant. Very welcomed by Enrique and all of the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The lifeguard was a ball of energy and so happy to speak to all the guests. Rooms were large and well equipped with full kitchen. Pool area was lovely, clean and modern. Plenty of sunbeds available every day. Drinks were nice from the pool bar. Would stay here again.
Our bathroom glass shower screen was dirty and broken (cracked) the wooden door to the bathroom was also rotting at the bottom. The heating / air con was set to 30° and the temperature could not be changed. We also didn't have cleaners to the room and had to ask reception for more towels as they needed changing. Non of these issues would stop me from rebooking. The location is great if you can manage hills or don't mind paying for taxi to get up the hill if you have mobility issues.
